- I have more than 20 years of Ventura County real estate experience. Before affiliating with Prudential California Realty, I was the co-owner and executive vice president of Brown Realtors that had 5 residential resale offices and separate division for commercial, new homes, escrow, and relocation. During my career, I listed and sold residential, commercial, industrial, and investment properties.
In addition to being a real estate broker since 1977, I obtained my MBA with a finance emphasis at California Lutheran College in 2004.
My wife, Elaine, moved to Thousand Oaks in 1963. My children attended the local elementary, intermediate, and high schools in the Conejo Unified School district. My oldest son is a physician in Houston and my daughter works for a publicly traded company in San Jose as a Sarbanes-Oxley, audit, and merger & acquisitions specialist. My youngest son died at age 27 after suffering from a terminal disease from birth.
